Speakers from Sweden, Ireland, the UK, USA, Bangladesh, India, Africa show their success stories and new programs also on government level, and also explain the need to scale from millions of changemakers to billions of changemakers if we want to really make it through this century.
The video shows 4 individual speakers followed by a prominent panel discussion, which concludes that this talk has been exceptionally satisfying and meaningful, a content rich dialogue - not the common blablablablablablablabla.

Important aspects mentioned are
> the need not only for positive change "support" structures (which changemakers are developing) but also for "import & demand" by governments and institutions (who yet have not recognised the solutions available and offered from new movers from (mostly) other parts of the world than their own)
> the essential role of "empathy" that makes a "Social" Entrepreneur and supports the drive for success. And that empathy is a natural human trait, but it needs nurturing (especially in today's societies), and this should be done throughout school education. Successful programs include Canada's www.rootsofempathy.org, Sweden's www.life-link.org, UNESCO's www.livingvalues.net and Canada's www.ihtec.org, which each have been applied in up to 70 countries.
> informal, self-organised forms of dialogue. Hundreds of people coming together in structured dialogue (like open space, world cafe, open fora etc) but not in the common straight jacket conference style. It looks a little chaotic but it works out! Since it opens room, space and time for dialogue, growth, novel ideas, synergies and spontaneous plans for follow up.
Definitely make sure to check out this event in-depth - its people, ideas, topics and solutions - through videos, program sessions, good practice projects and more @ www.reworktheworld.org. One week with 1,700 change oriented people! Half of them under 35.
