We can help

achieve your aspirations for your city’s future.

The solutions exist by the hundreds, and they are people-powered. The point is to get them across to the people, to inspire them with the vision, can-do feel, basic resources, access, permission and – time.

Your most important novel ally in positive change is the young generation at school. They are tens of thousands, innocent, have passion, dreams, talent, good standing with the city, public, media, funders, citizens, are free from adult trauma, fantasms, greed, hidden agendas … they can be reached, they enjoy positive action and they have time, lots of it, daily, for years to implement projects (not protests) like their global hero*ine peers with tangible solutions changing lives and land at unprecedented pace and scale.

We help you activate the young generation to implement today’s Einsteins’ and Gandhis’ solutions for positive change in your region, for the good of people and planet, or more precise, to restore inner and outer peace, joy and abundance, in our homes, schools and public spaces, with ripple effects across society, media and business!

You find plenty of examples in our Crash Course and in the YL Manuals Activate Your City (with High Impact Youth Leadership), and certified YL LearnSpaces (for SDGs, Youth Leadership, Active Citizenship).

Our #1 recommendation

to properly get youth leadership started in town is the Activate Your City Campaign

Activate Your City Campaign

We organize #bemoreawesome Crash Courses at several schools + to involve inspired youth to take action, form Changemaker Student Clubs, connect with youth from other schools, give Crash Courses at other schools, activate Adult Allies and start many follow-up actions with our global community of changemakers and project partners.

Phase 1

Crash Courses at 5-10 schools

Outcomes: Fired up youth form Changemaker Student Clubs, with caring teachers as Adult Allies, 100s of youth reached, worldview change on youth power and a good future

These building blocks cultivate youth leadership and an active citizenry.

Note how they interlock, interact and amplify another.

LearnSpaces

“Where can youth and citizens come together to learn to create a good world, to plan and implement projects?”

To-date, nowhere. Now they can. We provide a LearnSpace Set with rich resources for ambience, inspiration, self-organized workshops, local and global action with fascinating partners. The basic model is a Teen Hero*ines Poster Exhibit, a theme and format that fits

  • schools, town halls, public libraries, living museums, neighbourhood community centres, shopping malls, public squares, waterfronts, parks …
  • combination with interaction and activities, by crews and coaches, like FUNdraisers, workshops, campaigns
  • occasions like UN Days, town fests, spring of sustainability, eco fests, schools fests and more

and that can be evolved to 3 holistic models:

We can tailor, include and develop new modules, activities, partnerships and campaigns.

There’s no limits to creativity and scope of scale, time, topic, depth.

We encourage you to think big

and #speedrun to a positive future.

Each of these building blocks is remarkably cheap compared to conventional campaigns. It takes genius to make things cheap.

The reason is that we design things to work everywhere, to be used by ordinary people without waiting for anyone.

The trick is to have world-class knowhow and skills in-house, to align methods with the competences, purposes and aspirations of local stakeholders – youth, parents, citizens and “key professionals” sharing our core purpose to  “activate able, active, caring citizens” : teachers, public librarians, journalists, councillors, civil society – with swift win-win benefits for all.

Further, and most important : we enable swift, simple activation of the to-date idling, incompetent and impotent majority of the population, most of all youth age 8-18, perfectly tuned by evolution to live their era’s good, thriving new – who are innocent, virtuous, free of adult traumata, of one-eyed ideological programming, of hidden agendas, of ideas of “impossible” + the SUPERPOWERS at work in teenage changemaker success stories : daily macro-community at school, free resources, spaces, coaching, good standing with media, donors, a sense of joy, magic, adventure, passion, dreams, win-win benefits (great friends, fun, adventure, respect by teachers, school days of awesome, safe public spaces, uplifting community, ace skills, relations, CVs!!), and TIME – 4-12 hours per day like gamers, athletes, artists … + these youth inform, inspire, involve, educate and mentor their entire young generation daily for 10+ years in their common hangout, school.

It is common sense and plain obvious in the grand changemaker success stories … but no one is looking close enough. We do. Few people are aware of this. Without the knowledge of potentials, one cannot activate them, and gets all things “youth for positive change” #wrong, #boring and limits them to impotent voters and protesters. But it’s about projects, to locally implement the solutions of today’s genius Einsteins and Gandhis that have developed proven people-powered solutions for everybody to wield without waiting for big money or training by national governments.

They are showered with awards, called hero*ines in media, recognized as finest role models, booked as speakers at schools. All that these hero*ine changemakers needed was permission by local government.

What when smart people in local government even get active to enable this en masse using spirit stimulus packages as listed above? Wow. If us changemakers were councillors, it’s what we would do with high priority.

We know what true educators and councillors aspire for their people. We know how they tick, how they FEEL, and want them to see their dreams florish and hearts beam, so their work is mission and their days be filled with passion. Because they deserve it.

A word from Chloe Maxmin

Maine State Representative

“Youth Leadership en masse is a game changer for society.”

Chloe is America’s serial record breaking youngest State Representative. And there is more to learn about good governance for the people when one looks closely. We take this closer look. Being the genius that she is, seeking to empower the entire population to enjoy the same successes, Chloe herself narrates the building blocks of her success. It is simple and replicable, true to her slogan “first here, then everywhere”. Read her story here.
