The adult changemakers create solutions transforming the defunct system in the bigger picture, – the way things work in our society.

When we see those solutions, the concepts, and explanations, we become aware of a greater picture. Let’s have a look.

So, what has happened inside of you? What views about humans, society, the world, yourself, all of us, our future, have changed?

What we se are solutions for everything, that a planetary civlization of awesome is possible. In fact, it is already happening! It is happening in a million places, implemented by people like you and me, and with fun and passion and celebration and benefits for everyone involved! These solutions are like puzzle pieces of a complete, holistic, peaceful, thriving and sustainable civilization. And if we copy those puzzle pieces, those model solutions, everywhere, we can make it happen everywhere. Like we have installed electricity everywhere. As simple as that. But now, in way better ways, and with everyone involved. That’s different. It’s also different in the sense of not waiting for a messiah flicking a magic wand, for a monarch permitting, or an administration ordering it. This is about you being that monarch, that administration and the implementers. This is the end of disempowerment; the end of apathy, and it comes with the end of being shy and the end of boring.

Another revelation that may have formed in some of your minds is – this is new for you … how come? The answer is simple: media people, decision-makers in business and politics, your teachers, your parents – are clueless of this development, this miracubongolous opportunity. I mean, this is the one and only big thing that matters in our time – WE CAN MAKE IT – WE CAN CREATE A WORLD OF AWESOME FOR ALL. Seriously, what else matters, when witnessing the catastrophes nonstop playing out in the news, our environments and many people’s worries for the future?

It begins by connecting humanity’s finest changemaking knowledge, solutionaries, tools and support networks available to our global generation at school.

Welcome to a Bright New World! Because that’s what’s really happening. The teens are only one spectacular example of a grand shift that has been taking place for years, while we have all gradually awakened from the myth of the merry industrial society based on exploitation and pain killers. That is good news, but even better are the news that the myth of a one way road to Oblivion is busted! The solutions exist, their inventors are celebrated, showered with awards. The old story of dominance, subjugation, exploitation and feeding on others is coming to an end. A new story is rapidly emerging. Its key elements are the power of one, the power of co-creative community for good, and solutions for everything. Solutions for a global, peaceful, just, sustainable and thriving – a sacred civilization. Sacred – as in Lothlorien and Harry’s Patronus moment, for peace and abundance for all. Inner and outer peace, inner and outer abundance. “The beautiful world that our hearts know is possible, yet our minds yet didn’t know how to create”. Now, we know how to create it. The solutions exist by the thousands. One web platform alone features more than 2,500 massive solutions – all pioneered by ordinary citizens, as youth, as social entrepreneurs, activists, groups and visionary creatives. This means, that WE can all replicate them – “if we put our minds to it”. This is not about little stuff, like turning off the tap while brushing our teeth, or putting a solar cell on the roof. This is about everything, about having a great time, ace childhoods, schools and fulfilling ways of making one’s living – formerly called “work” and “labour” – safe streets, entire cities as vibrant community, no more sexual abuse, no more putting other people down, no more injustice, violence, corruption, wars, destruction of nature. There is zero need for any of this, so why continue it? There is no need for humans to be abused, sad, and turn pain into violence. So why continue? Once we become aware of the abundance of solutions, a new image starts forming in our minds and in our hearts, – the complete image of a complex sustainable civilization – a deep vision, accompanied by majestic feelings, and a very tangible can-do feel. Because this complete civilization is at our fingertips, at our reach, within one generation – if we simply put our minds to it. So – the ones, and only ones – who can create this new island, IS YOU. This young generation. Only this young generation can co-create that civilization at large, relevant scale. Because we need the larger part of society involved, right? So, that’s the epic quest of your lifetime, in best adventure novel Griffindore style – along with hero characters, the Hagrids, Hermiones, Hobbits and Gandalfs out there. You see, hero characters … role models … are important. Many people dislike the term “role model” – for good reasons – but that is what hero/ines are to us. There’s a few precious things to learn from Science – about the secret influence of role models. We actually have our own collection of Science relevant to YOUTH LEADERSHIP, and you’ll probably really like it.

• Future Sciences (yes, this discipline actually exists) tell us that the future is created by trends, accidents and vision. Imagine yourselves together on an ocean. You are trending towards an island that’s scorched, full of injustice, terror, fascist military control. There are other potential futures. We have the wherewithall to change course towards an island of beauty, peace, abundant nature and holistic friendly technology and awesome society. Which one do you choose? Which one will you choose as a collective? Which one do you believe will all youth at your school, in your city, your country, on the continent, the planet CHOOSE? 
• You have the tools and supportive community to take course to this good future, by actually creating it. By creating it through concrete steps of creating the laws, the projects, the businesses, the schools, the policies. You need not re-invent the wheel. The solutions all exist- implemented by ordinary youth and adults. All you need to do is make it your sport to have a look at them, understand how they work and get started – having loads of fun. 
• There is no string attached. 
• There is one reality check. The adult generations are trending to Oblivion Island, because they are constantly co-creating it, through their views and ways, wounds and myths inherited from societies of colonialism, racism, cold war- times when girls, boys, women and citizens had no say in anything. They run on an old Windows 95 operating system. They cannot run the new software that qualifies for inhabitants and co-creators of a global, sustainable civilization of awesome.
• You understand? Look at the faces and energy and wit of the youth leaders, of the adult changemakers. They are inspirational, because they run on a certain SPIRIT. And you feel that spirit when encountering them so vividly. Being the change means being able to run this spirit, this vision, this software. For that software, you need a new system, not a Windows at all, but a liquid, open source operating system beyond your tangible means.
• You theoretically have access to this system, simply by being born into this era, with your lifestyle habits of nonstop interconnected, rapid, multi-modal global communication. It florishes when you balance it with barefoot-immersion in nature, the biggest fluid operating system in the Universe, with a 4d-resolution way beyond anything you can recreate.
• And then – you have to put the right software on your system. You are experiencing brief trailers of this software today. The real thing is played and lived out there in 4d, in action.
