Our wild garlic season is almost over but I had a blast making lots of pesto from this stuff!

Do you use this abundant free food to whip up a dish or make your own pesto?

Elderflower is just about coming into bloom and that can mean only one thing – it’s time to make some cordial!

We produce bottles of cordial each year – it is super simple and great fun to make. Last year my dad and I filmed the process from beginning to end to help inspire you to make your very own!

Each produce photo essays, texts and films on it, in their own serious or weird style. Will they film the nasty nymph that drew guys in the lake to eat them?

Geez, I’m so curious to see results. What a cool project for arts, history, media class. Museums, elderly homes, kindergartens, news media, everybody will love to see results, and air clips on tram and subway media!
