We enable everybody with a Heart for youth, their home region and planet to get involved, and wield their superpowers. We see every contributing person as family and in need of support to raise their spirit, hopes, skills, and smart ways to include changemaking in their busy, complex, daily family and work lives – and therefore charge YL with many high quality benefits to re-paradize not only the planet, but also their communities and their lives. We seek to enable people to live their dreams and experience magic that money cannot buy. 

We put special focus on schools – all young people’s daily hangout for ten years – with official purpose to nurture able, active, caring citizens, with civic and professional competences, best through Experiential Learning in youth-led projects with relevance for real lives and land. For this, we provide youth and teachers with “role models, classics and outer school partners” like in music and sports education, as well as PEARL standard badges to align with needs of teachers and stduents for future learning and professional journeys. This enables self-organization in class and clubs, but also beyond school fence, hours and years. 

We enable people to live changemaking as “sport” – to help people understand that everybody can easily engage with joy, in their favorite roles as fan, amateur, fulltime high performance athlete, or coach, solo or team, at their choice of pace and goals, using basic rules, balls (projects), prizes (badges, hall of fame), community, coaches and an ecosystem of partners to act and improvize and localize activities. YL provides services similar to a sports “federation”. 

We strongly include municipality and the corporate sector who no longer say “we have no time for kids, people and planet, we need to priorize the economy”, since both sectors realize they need solid nature, social peace, mental health and true genius to continue to function. They wish for strong civic and professional skills, experiences and competences in citizenry, youth, workforce and leadership – best nurtured through high quality Experiential Learning (EL) on real world projects adding value to the world with diverse partners, generating dynamic PEARL Badges of high value for CVs and employers. 

Our work re-activates “civic infrastructure” like schools, public libraries, sister city programs and more, as well as pertaining resources and capacities dedicated to serve “families, youth, education, citizens, peace, sustainability, SDGs, higher education, culture, environment etc.”. Our holistic approach activates an even more complex “civic organic architecture” that transforms “civic deserts” into more than conventional “opinion building and voting” (“greenery” leaving people hungry for relevant and tangible changes), into thriving “civic paradises” with humans shaping lives, land, and public spaces, felt in body, heart and soul, building trust in oneself, neighbors and collective human capacity to overcome crises.
