YL SOUTH AMERICA
YOUTH-LEADER’s focus in South America – from Mexico to Argentina – is to raise awareness for project- (not protest-) oriented High Impact Youth Leadership, its rich benefits for schools’ learning culture as well as the communities they are embedded in, and to get started with flying banners using our media sets, methods, speaker and coaching services.
We seek to help mega cities like Mexico and Sao Paulo, as well as model cities like Curitiba build on their achievements, and to build collaborative ties between urban and rural regions.
What if 10,000 global schools had lived partnerships with Amaonian tribes for the past twenty years? Life would be much better now. We raise awareness on Amazonia’s key role as the planetary water cycle’s heart pump and the very near scenario of its collapse with unspeakable consequences for all continents, and facilitate powerful direct action alliances of Amazonian peoples, global experts, schools and citizens for fascinating Stone Age meets Star Trek adventures in large-scale ecosystem restoration.
