Also, a big team can run all these things. YL teams are big teams, uniting youth with various passions and talents in one crew. Youth lead their favorite projects. Others join in on demand and occasion.

Here's how YL Clubs overcome difficulties and limitations often faced by students and teachers
YL CLANS ALSO “WORK”
… like wildly successful Emma, Julia, Melati, Isabel, Greta.
They document their work, manage vivid social media streams, write articles, create press releases, films, give interviews, collaborate with news media.
This strongly boosts reach and impact. Many neglect it. We do it like champs, in ‘positive change media’ style.
It requires screen time, which many hands-on people are not fond of, but we work around that.

- a huge YL Club counts aspiring writers, photographers, insta addicts and tech nerds among them – who love telling exciting stories; after all they’re part of it.

CLUBS ARE SOVEREIGN
Clubs are free how to define themselves, act and communicate. They can call themselves “club”, “Pittsburgh Pirates”, “Furry Fraggles”, YL Warrior Clan “Red Cloud High School”, as they please. They can personally and publicly identify as student club, changemaker crew, YOUTH-LEADER Team, Warrior Clan … as they please, as members and as a collective. Each is true. They may choose to adapt their identity to the occasion, to context and purpose, to who they are speaking.
We look at them as young people doing good for people and planet, and back them with our means.
- Signing up free with YL gives them access to resources and services.
They can stay entirely independent, doing good using our resources as friendly member of a global community, or decide for official YL Status as crew, club, or clan, and agree to certain guidelines. Like volunteers and partners do. They get on the global map, and as they proceed through action, their status, recognition, and relations go stronger.
GLOBAL TRIBE OF PARTNERS
Clubs have access to many partners.
YL Staff, Speakers, Volunteers, youth teams, adult allies.
Stellar changemakers and organizations, each with their own genius solutions, resources and magic wands.
Clubs use their tools, tricks, tactics, support campaigns, can also officially join these organizations, set up local chapters, as they please.
One can play many sports, and be part of many organizations. Why not?
